Your dashboard
After logging in you land on the main dashboard. The key sections are:- Search — the primary search and filter interface. Select a business category, country, and optional location refinements to query the database and preview results.
- History — a record of every search you have exported. From here you can re-download a previous export, check whether the underlying data has been refreshed since your last export (data freshness), or rename a saved search for easier reference.
- Plans / Billing — view your current plan, your remaining monthly credit balance, and upgrade or change your subscription. You can also access one-time purchase options here.
Your remaining credit balance appears at the top of the dashboard. Each exported contact consumes one credit. Credits reset on your monthly billing date.

If you want to query SphereScout programmatically, you can generate an API key from your account settings. API keys give your application the same search and export capabilities available in the dashboard.API access
